“The Amazing eBay Revolution”

By John Reese

Something amazing is happening right this second. Something very important. This is not a joke. This is not “hype”. This is something that is changing all of our lives.

The online auction, specifically eBay, is changing the way we buy and sell merchandise. Like it or not, things will never be the same.

But as you will learn in a moment, you can embrace this change and make money from it in the process! Thousands of others are already making their full-time living this way and you can easily join them today. If you have ever wanted to work for
yourself, from home, there is no better opportunity than RIGHT NOW.

If you have never really considered running your own home business before, you should. There is no better way to make a living than working for yourself. You set your own hours. You work whenever you want. You can travel and vacation
whenever you want.

You can enjoy security and peace of mind of not having to worry about getting laid off in today’s “shaky” economy. The home business you are about to learn about is one of the easiest and cheapest to start — which is the primary reason a real
EXPLOSION is going on right this second.

This opportunity is also one that is going to grow 1,000 fold or more over the next several years to come — so don’t even think that only a “few” people will monopolize this opportunity and make all the money. That would be IMPOSSIBLE.

That would be like saying a few people would monopolize garage sales and yard sales. Since this business is so easy and inexpensive to start, and the market is so GIGANTIC, it’s no wonder this is the hottest home business opportunity in many
many years — possibly ever.

eBay was founded in 1996 and started as a tiny company — merely an “idea”. The idea was to allow people to buy and sell things on the Internet via an electronic marketplace. This dynamic marketplace would be made up of thousands of live
auctions.

People could go to eBay and create new auctions for items they wanted to sell and thousands of potential buyers could place bids on auctions of interest. A shopping frenzy was created, but more than that, a revolution was started.

eBay’s popularity quickly grew. Their Web Site became one of the most popular sites in the world. People from all over the world started to use eBay, and the site experienced tremendous growth. At last count the site had nearly 50 MILLION
registered buyers and sellers of its site — and thousands more join everyday.

If you haven’t yet become a registered user of eBay, you should do so right now, it’s completely FREE. Once you are a registered user of eBay you’ll be able to bid on any item on their site and you’ll also be able to list something to sell
if you want.

At any given time eBay has more than 5 MILLION items up for sale. These items are listed under more than 18,000 different item categories. Every conceivable item you can think of is being sold on eBay right now.

While there are other online auction sites on the Internet, eBay has benefited from a “first mover” advantage and has become THE online auction site of the Internet.

Since more people buy and sell on eBay than any other online auction site, it continues to explode in growth everyday because people want to go where the buyers are to sell their items. Buyers can also find anything they are interested in
on eBay due to the vast selection of items.

It was recently estimated that 90% of the packages handled by the United States Postal Service were items sold on eBay. eBay will continue to grow over the next 25 years and beyond.

eBay is replacing garage sales, yard sales, flea markets, swap meets, and even many types of conventions and shows - such as antique and collectible shows. This is allowing even the “little guy” to set up a virtual booth in cyberspace and to
sell anything they want on eBay.

We are only just beginning to see the impact that eBay will have on our society and how it affects the way we buy and sell things. eBay is affecting people ALL OVER THE WORLD not just in the United States.

I was fortunate to have stumbled upon eBay in late 1996 while they were still very young. I could tell right away that something “special” had been born. Many people, like myself, flocked to eBay immediately because of the exciting online
auction format.

It really was a fun way to buy things. As others quickly learned, it was a FAST and easy way to SELL things. Many people started creating home businesses around eBay by buying items locally and reselling them on the site.

The explosive growth of eBay has created an unprecedented number of home businesses in history. Starting an eBay home business is very inexpensive. The odds are good that if you are reading this email course you already have 95% of what it
takes to start and run this business - a computer with Internet access!

The only other main component to this business is a digital camera — even though it’s possible to use a standard film camera and have the prints “scanned” to create computer image files that can be used with online auctions.

Because the start-up cost for an eBay home business is so cheap, thousands upon thousands of people have taken advantage of this trend and gotten involved! And since this business can be run part-time or full-time and can be run and managed
completely online, you can see why it’s so popular.

Another great advantage, and how an eBay home business is different from other types of businesses, is that it requires NO ADVERTISING OR MARKETING COSTS! Millions of people are already waiting to bid on and buy any item you wish to sell on
eBay.

The eBay site currently gets over a BILLION “hits” a month in traffic. There really is no other business you can start for so little and have an INSTANT head-start for making profit the same day you get started.

While there are many people already making a nice living from their eBay home businesses, there are also a few that are already making a small fortune. There are several people that are making over $500,000/year by selling things on eBay. Not
a bad living. :-)

During the early growth of eBay, I got very involved in buying and selling on eBay and learning all kinds of “tricks” and strategies that would allow me to buy things cheap (exploiting the market) as well as sell things for a hefty profit!

I personally have run one of the most profitable auctions in eBay’s history - I bought something online for $100 and turned around and sold it on eBay for a whopping $38,450 PROFIT! (And it wasn’t even a car or real estate!) I’ll tell you more about that auction later!

In Part 2 (which you will receive by email tomorrow) I will discuss the best ways for you to BID and buy items on eBay. There are some special techniques you can use for buying things as cheap as possible! Don’t get stuck overpaying for
items you could have bought for less.
